Please note: Due to the quiet, secluded location, having your own car is recommended for accessing supermarkets and restaurants.

The home features four comfortable bedrooms — three upstairs and one conveniently located on the ground floor. Each bedroom is designed to host two guests, and all are equipped with large flat-screen TVs for cozy evenings in. A baby crib is also available upon request, making it ideal for families traveling with little ones.

The home includes two full bathrooms — one upstairs serving the three bedrooms, and another on the ground floor with a separate toilet for added convenience. A washing machine and dedicated dryer are also located on the top floor, making longer stays or family vacations extra comfortable.

On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen — everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our Designer Vacation Home is situated on the Eastern side of Lake Balaton — not quite South Shore, not quite North Shore — offering a unique location that's the closest lakeside access from Budapest and Budapest Airport, easily reached by motorway.
We are also the nearest lakeside accommodation to the new Balaton Park Circuit, home of the MotoGP and other international events.
Just 200 meters up the road, you'll also find our second property, the Villa with Stunning View and Beach Access, perched higher on the hillside.
