Please note: Due to the quiet, secluded location, having your own car is recommended for accessing supermarkets and restaurants.

Behind the house, a peaceful hillside covered with forest creates a secluded, natural backdrop — like having your own private green space. In the front, a cozy terrace with a porch and charming swing chairs overlooks a small grassy garden planted with local trees. Just beyond the garden, you’ll find the 0–24 free public beach, so close it feels like an extension of your own front yard. It's the perfect balance of nature, relaxation, and immediate lake access.

Location by Lake Balaton

Our Designer Vacation Home is situated on the Eastern side of Lake Balaton — not quite South Shore, not quite North Shore — offering a unique location that's the closest lakeside access from Budapest and Budapest Airport, easily reached by motorway.

We are also the nearest lakeside accommodation to the new Balaton Park Circuit, home of the MotoGP and other international events.

Just 200 meters up the road, you'll also find our second property, the Villa with Stunning View and Beach Access, perched higher on the hillside.
